The 1992 Guia Race of Macau marked the final encounter between DTM cars and local competitors like Nissan. The challenging circuit proved difficult for the powerful DTM entries, with three of the four factory Mercedes retiring due to crashes, leaving only guest driver Ni Amorim in fourth.
